Return & Refund Policy

The product is damaged or incorrect / Produk yang rusak atau salah

First of all, our Quality Control Department will make sure that everything is correct such as the
product itself, the wording and the additional items that you have ordered. Do not forget to sign the
Delivery Slip and give a check mark to the Cake Condition column. Before signing, do make sure
that the product is correct and proper. Once the Delivery Slip has been signed, we are not
responsible for any damaged that occurred after. If the product was damaged or incorrect please
let us know by informing our designated driver or Customer Service (+62 21 2751 7049/ +62 812
9099 9045). The damaged product will be taken, our Customer Service will follow you up and get
you the new product.

Pertama, Quality Control Department kami akan memastikan bahwa semua pesanan sudah benar
dan sesuai seperti produk, wording dan tambahan item yang telah dipesan oleh Anda. Mohon
jangan lupa untuk menandatangani Delivery Slip dan memberikan tanda check mark di kolom
Kondisi Kue. Sebelum menandatangani form, Anda dapat memastikan terlebih dahulu produk
yang dikirimkan apakah benar dan sesuai. Ketika Delivery Slip sudah ditanda tangani, kami tidak
bertanggung jawab untuk setiap kerusakan yang terjadi setelahnya. Jika produk yang dikirimkan
rusak atau salah mohon informasikan kami melalui kurir yang melakukan pengantaran atau
Customer Service (+62 21 2751 7049/ +62 812 9099 9045). Produk yang rusak mohon diserahkan
kembali, Customer Service kami akan menindaklanjuti dan memberikan produk yang baru untuk


Excess transfer / Kelebihan Transfer

If you have transferred more than the value that stated in the invoice or you have double
transferred, we will refund the excess value via bank transfer. For payment using Credit Card, we will refund the excess value via Credit Card refund. We will proceed your refund within 1x24 hours (weekdays) and 1x48 hours (weekend – Saturday & Sunday and Indonesia's National Public Holidays).

Jika Anda transfer melebihi nilai yang tertera pada invoice atau melakukan dua kali pembayaran,
maka kami akan mengembalikan kelebihannya melalui transfer bank. Untuk pembayaran yang menggunakan Kartu Kredit, kami akan mengembalikan kelebihan dana melalui refund Kartu Kredit. Kami akan melakukan pengembalian dana Anda dalam waktu 1x24 jam (hari kerja) dan 1x48 jam (hari libur – Sabtu & Minggu dan Hari Libur Nasional Indonesia).


Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery is not responsible for any damaged products that have been
delivered and approved by customer. For any damage and problem occurred after delivery is
customer's responsibility. Please keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and need extra care, it is
easily damaged if not handled properly. For complaints in relation to our products and services,
please initially inform us within 24 hours time. The flavours and textures of Ann's Bakehouse &
Creamery Creations are subjective. Any refunds requested due to flavour or texture after the
creations have been accepted will not be proceed.
