You can place your order anytime through Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery website. This Order Today Delivery Today service is valid for orders no later than 4-5 (four to five) hours before the desired delivery time.

Customer Service teams are ready to assist you from 07:15 - 21:00 WIB every day. If you send a message outside of these operating hours, they will reply to your message as soon as the operating hours resume. 

Ann's Custom Creations:

Ann's Custom Creations can be ordered with 1 to 4 days processing. Especially for Custom Wedding Cake at least 7 days before the desired receipt date.

08.00 – 12.00 WIB
Delivery starts at 08.00 WIB and will arrive at the destination no later than 12.00 WIB. Reservations are made no later than H-1 at 18.00 WIB. 

12.00 – 16.00 WIB
Delivery starts at 12.00 WIB and will arrive at the destination no later than 16.00 WIB. Reservations must be made no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. 

16.00 – 21.00 WIB
Delivery starts at 16.00 WIB and will arrive at the destination no later than 20.00 WIB.

Reservations are made no later than D-Day at 14.00 WIB. 

*Notes:

Delivery is conducted in accordance with the time range that has been selected. The arrival time of the product cannot be requested. For requests of arrival time can be done through special delivery with additional applicable fees.

Yes, all of Ann's cakes are Halal certified. We pay great attention to the quality and safety of our products. This ensures that all the ingredients and production processes we use, comply with Halal regulations. You can enjoy our cakes with peace of mind.

Ann’s Custom Creations products are handmade and require more time in the process to get optimal results. Ann's Custom Creations can be ordered within 1 to 4 days. Especially for Custom Wedding Cake, no later than 7 days before the desired reception date.

Buttercream can be found in many classic cakes. The main ingredients are butter and sugar. Buttercream has a rich flavor and gives the cake a soft finish.

Fondant is a modified sugar dough that can be rolled out and thinned into sheets, and then used as cake decorations. Fondant gives a neat and smooth impression to the final look of the cake.

Fondant can also be used to create dimensional decorations such as animated characters and other decorations such as hearts, flowers, etc. However, not all cakes can be coated with fondant. It all depends on the texture and sturdiness of each cake.

You can apply for a membership through Ann’s official website, annsbakehouse.com. There is no fee to apply as a member. As a member, you will be eligible for benefits such as special discounts, birthday treats in the form of a free sliced cake, and free extra points based on your purchases. 

After you have applied for the membership, you can immediately enjoy the available benefits. The membership does not expire as long as you make at least one purchase per year to keep your points and membership active. If there are no transactions made after 12 months, your points will expire.

If you have applied for an Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery Membership, you will attain membership points. To check your points or the status of your membership, you can check the “My Account” page on our website. Should you need any assistance, our Customer Service team can also help you check your information.

Points can be attained by making purchases through all of Ann’s Bakehouse & Creamery channels, including through our website, customer service team and stores, however, purchases made through third party channels and corporate customers are not eligible for points. 

The points you earned are only redeemable through our official website annsbakehouse.com, and can not be redeemed at our offline stores.

Point conversions are 1 point = Rp 1. Points that you have collected can be used for multiple benefits such as price deductions, merchandise purchase, accessories, as well as free delivery that is also only redeemable through the website. There are no minimum purchase to use the points, and points are eligible to be used for any product. 

Points will be automatically activated once your purchase has been made. If your purchase was canceled, the points that you attain will expire. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts and corporate customers are not eligible for points. Points will expire one year after attaining.

For now, no membership tiers are available, therefore all members will get the same benefits. One of the benefits given to our members are birthday treats, where you are eligible for a free birthday sliced cake.

Yes,  Ann’s Bakehouse has a referral program that gives members who get their friends to apply to the membership. Once your friend makes their first purchase, you will attain an extra 5000 points.
