These Privacy Policy, are a set of provisions governing the online sale, order, purchase and payment of Our products (Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery or PT Berawal Dari Kue) on Our official website https://www.annsbakehouse.com/ , as well as the provision of products ordered and purchased online through Our official website.

- If You choose to use Expedition Service to deliver the product, then We must disclose and submit Personal Data that You submit to Us to the party of the Expedition Service, such as, among others, the full name and telephone number of You or the recipient, and Your or the recipient’s delivery address.
- By choosing the delivery option using Expedition Service, it means that You give Your consent to Us to disclose and submit the Personal Data that You submit to Us to the Expedition Service, for and on behalf of Yourself or the recipient whose Personal Data You submit to Us.
6. Responsibilities:

- Please note that, in the event that You or Your designated recipient requests deletion and destruction, there is a possibility that We may not be able to process orders and purchases that You make, considering that the processing of orders and purchases requires Personal Data to be carried out, such as, among others, full name, telephone number, and delivery address.

2. Sensitive Information:
a. Sensitive Information in the form of User Id and password is confidential information that You use to access Your customer account on Our website and make orders and purchases on Our website.
b. Sensitive Information in the form of User Id should only be known by Yourself and not disclosed to any party to prevent unauthorized account takeover ("Account Takeover"). Meanwhile, Sensitive Information in the form of a password, as You change it from time to time, may only be known by You and kept confidential from any party. Any access to Your customer account by logging in using the correct User Id and password will be considered as valid access to Your account, regardless of who is logging in. Therefore, We strongly urge You to maintain the confidentiality of Sensitive Information in the form of User Id and password to avoid Account Takeover risk.
c. Sensitive Information in the form of data related to payment instruments must be kept confidential from any party to prevent the risk of payment hacking.
